I didn’t know what to eat! I was having a severe episode of ibs. It was lasting weeks! I found this on Facebook. I decided, what the heck, I’m going to try it. Omg! The best answer to my problem. I cut out dairy and sugar and needed something fill of protein. 20g of protein is just perfect for my morning…..thank you for making this

I do like that it doesn’t hurt my stomach, IBS. I like the flavor but it does tend to not mix up well and thus gritty. But I do like it

This is not to my liking at all. It is overly sweet and still caused stomach cramping issues. I'm looking into getting my money back.

Hi, I love that Tumlove doesn't hurt my stomach but I find it leaving a powdery taste. :-/
Paul
Amazing product, taste like homemade chocolate milk!
Sarah M.
I know Tum Love's website said it would be gentle on my stomach, but I had to try it to believe it. I'm 2 months in, and my tum is relaxed as a kitten...
I've been dairy free for over a decade and careful around fodmaps for the past four years. When I eat the wrong thing, I don't just get catastrophically sick, I also get gut inflammation that lasts for weeks and makes other smaller triggers much worse. I especially struggle with onions, garlic, apples, and artificial sugars. If you're like me, you'll know what I mean when I say I don't trust new products easily...
That said, I knew I wasn't getting enough protein in my diet, so I decided to give Tum Love a try. And I'm so glad I did. No upset stomach. At all!
I respect that the company made safety and heavy metal information available really easily upon request, and the chocolate powder was within the safety parameters I was looking for. The vanilla wasn't as good fit for me, so I haven't tried it, but you can make up your own mind based on the data if you're concerned.
If you're someone who can taste monk fruit and stevia in things and hates it, I think it's still worth trying. Personally, I'd probably like the flavor a little better with less monk fruit--I'd prefer it less sweet, like dark chocolate--but if you use 1 tablespoon of tum love (about 1/2 of the included scoop, so 1/2 serving) mixed with peanut butter powder, you can hardly taste the monk fruit at all. I'd go so far as to say it tastes more like a treat than a responsibility. Which I think means a lot!
Thank you Tum Love for adding healthy protein back into my diet in a way that I can stomach (badum chhh), and a way I genuinely enjoy!
Karen K.
I love the amount of protein that this comes with, and I love that the product is INDEED gentle on the stomach ... no unwanted side effects like with soooo many protein powders. With that said, the taste is just so-so, and it does have a chalky texture. But, when I weigh out the gentleness on the stomach and the protein, I'm learning to live with the chalkiness.

This is my first time trying and I love it!! I have IBS-C and recently SIBO. I am doing a low fodmap diet and this has helped me so much with my snacks. I also have low sugar issues, so being able to have protein while out and working is so helpful. Plus no stomach pain!
Sara T.
I really like the chocolate! I'm excited to try the vanilla next. It's a bit chalky, but it doesn't make me sick like other protein powders. In my opinion, it tastes best with oat milk.
Andrea A.
Helps with my SIBO.
Karen E.
I started taking TumLove after a SIBO diagnosis. Because it was Monash approved, I ordered the vanilla and then when I tolerated that, I ordered the chocolate. Because I have to be careful with chocolate, I add just a bit to the vanilla which gives a nice chocolate flavor. I am grateful that I can have a drink which helps me along the SIBO treatment phase.
Hala A.
Did not like the taste.
Lynnae W.
I make a “brownie” by adding a little warm water, sea salt, and a light drizzle of olive oil. It’s so good!

Helping my IBS and Consipation
Donna C.
Although it did not bother my stomach, It was gritty and tasted stale. I tried it a couple of ways it made no difference.
Cheryl S.
It's tasty but I have noticed a bit of a chalky taste
Kathryn T.
I've been using this produce for a month. So far so good -- my belly is relatively peaceful.
Diana
Delicious and the best part, it doesn’t upset my sensitive stomach.
Christine W.
I'm really enjoying this product. Its clean and first one that doesn't aggravate my IBS.
Erin P.
I like the flavor and it does not bother my stomach. The only thing I don't care for is that it does not completely dissolve in my hot water so a lot of it ends up on the bottom of my mug. I feel I am wasting so much of it.
cadi t.
I love that is us lowfod map certified AND vegan. I always start my day with either the chocolate or vanilla mix.
I'm not a chocolate person, but I di prefer the chocolate slightly over the vanilla for this product. I feel it's a bit smoother in taste.
Contessa A.
I've have IBS for-freaking-ever and I just managed. Well I finally can't just manage and needed a real solution for my protien shakes. This is the best tasting low fodmap tummy lovin protein shake I can rely on! Thank you.
Karen T.
The taste was so disgusting to me, I had to throw the whole thing out. Very disappointing.
Linda
Oh my gosh, this is so delicious. It reminds me of a chocolate milkshake, but so much healthy for my tummy.
Jeannie B.
This protein powder doesn't mess with my IBS! I mix it with oat milk and water and it's great!
Jennie P.
I love how this doesn't have a gazillion things in it! Especially glad to find something WITHOUT probiotics...my stomach doesn't get along with those. Just the basics! No bloating or gassiness. Only reason I gave it four stars instead of five was it's consistency. It's a little chalky. And a little too sweet. Thinking a dark chocolate flavor would be better...it would dial down the sweetness a bit maybe. I added peanut butter to help but it didn't do much for the chalkiness or overly sweet flavor, but I still liked it and will probably order again at some point! Thank you Tumlove, for giving us digestively-challenged people a protein shake that doesn't make things WORSE!
Carol M.
I returned the unopened chocolate when I did not like the vanilla. Very gritty and unpleasant artificial smell.
Margherite M.
It is a good source of protein. I like the chocolate taste. I mix it with Lactose free milk. I have to use fodzyme with it. With the milk, it tastes delicious. Glad I bought it.
Barb A.
No tummy pain!! Taste great!!
Kathy M.
I love your protein powder and have one everyday for lunch adding fruit. I don’t have any digestion issues using this powder. The taste is very good which makes it enjoyable. First protein powder that really works. Thank you. Kathy M.
Tina S.
Tastes good and very easy on the gut. No issues at all. Will buy again
Kathy M.
I have really enjoyed this. Sometimes I add powered Peanut Butter or 1/2 banana. No stomach issues or diarrhea. Thank you. I will order again
Meagan K.
I’ve been loving the chocolate- especially in my protein ice cream at night!! So good!
Frances G.
Great to find a protein powder that is Low FODMAP. It is so hard to find protein supplements that meet my dietary needs. The chocolate flavor is one of the best ones I've tried. Would recommend.
Julia D.
I have IBS and could not find any protein drink I could tolerate but the Tumlove is fantastic I love the chocolate. I add fresh fruit and almond milk as well as non dairy yogurt to make a shake for my breakfast . I have had no issues what so ever. I would highly recommend it to anyone, especially anyone with digestive issues.
Carol B.
My doctor placed me on a low fodmap diet and I have been looking for a protein shake that does not bother my stomach. This is it! It also helps me have a bowel movement and the taste is great. I chose chocolate and will be reordering.
Marisol S.
This protein powder has helped with my very sensitive gut. I don’t feel like it affects my sibo. Helps with cravings. I add a table spoon of peanut butter and 1/3 banana.
Thank you for making this product!
Nancy M.
It is very good. I am still waiting on the vanilla
Christine N.
No stomach issues
Annette K.
I’ve tried so many protein shakes that tasted good but really disagreed with my stomach. I reluctantly tried TumLove (is the hype for real?) and IT IS! No more dashing to the bathroom afterward. So happy I found TumLove!
Courtney G.
Great taste - no bloat! After trying MANY protein powders, finding one that tastes great & agrees with my stomach is a WIN!
Nichole T.
The flavor is off and it doesn’t dissolve well. I really wanted to like this product, but I won’t be purchasing it again.
Karen T.
I’m pleasantly surprised how much I like this! It’s fine even mixed with plain cold water. Excellent in a smoothie. I usually hate sugar-alternative sweetened things but it’s fine here. I love it
Mary C.
I had shared my experience a couple days ago, I didn’t get a response back.
Tedra
Taste was ok...a little chalky, but no stomach issues at all
Laurie S.
Passed this on to my personal trainer. It was too bitter for me.
Katelyn P.
Finding an IBS friendly protein powder has been a lot of trial and error. Tumlove has taken this obstacle out of the way. I’ve been using it about 3 weeks and have found that it doesn’t cause bloating, pain, or bathroom issues later. I use almond milk, banana, and sometimes strawberries or some spinach with it. I do think that it tastes better mixed with a banana at minimum which is why I give it 4 stars. I don’t like it as much with just almond milk. I will be ordering again and will try vanilla out as well.
lorraine F.
I enjoy a protein shake in the evening as a snack. It’s great that there is no bloating with Tumlove.
Catherine M.
Tumlove protein powder has been great! I didn’t realize how bloated I was getting from my old protein powder. This has definitely helped me feel better and get my nutrition in each day!
